NOVICE AND ESL UPDATE: Tab needs ONE person per institution to email novice and ESL designations to (will.silberman@uky.edu) by 8:00pm TONIGHT to be considered for ESL/Novice awards/break. A NOVICE SPEAKER is an individual in their first 12 months of college debate. A NOVICE TEAM is comprised of TWO NOVICE SPEAKERS.
